By filling out this digital release form, I (Name Listed Below) hereby grant Annika Lundkvist permission to use the photography or other content created during our collaboration, across her channels & sites including her website & social media postings.
By filling out this digital release form, I understand I will be receiving photos from the session & have rights to use across my own website & social media platforms.
I agree that at no time may I sell photos Annika has created. I agree that I may not redistribute photos without her express consent.
Annika also shall not sell photos from our collaboration nor redistribute without expressed consent of participants of the photoshoot.
I understand that at no time shall I be paid, reimbursed or compensated by Annika Lundkvist.
I certify that the person or all person(s) in the photo(s) are at least 18 years of age. If they are under the age of 18, I certify that I am their parent or legal guardian & give approval.
If my photoshoot with Annika Lundkvist is expressly for a magazine feature, article or other publication use, by digitally signing this form I certify that I am aware of the planned photo usage & irrevocably authorize the target publication (newspaper, magazine etc) to publish & distribute these photos (or other content) in their publication, website or internet postings or for any other lawful purpose. I also give the right to the publication to make any necessary edits(i.e. crop/resize …..) to fit the publication.
