I stayed at the Fairmont Orchid earlier this month in order to experience & enjoy their exclusive vegan cuisine. Our stay was on the Gold Floor &  we thoroughly enjoyed the scenic Big Island views from our room as well as the superb, friendly & genuine service that began at valet & remained consistent throughout our stay.

The following vegan dishes are all part of the menus at the Orchid, some integral to the resort’s Lifestyle Cuisine Plus Menu.  The Lifestyle Cuisine Plus Menu is a culinary feature throughout the Fairmont hotel collection with dishes uniquely made at each location specific to local produce & flavors.
