This is Bruschetta but it’s not just Bruschetta. It’s raw garlic goodness & regional tomato juiciness. It’s black olive bits, sea salt, pepper & parsley on top. It’s me thrilled to chop, blend, pulse & sprinkle on a warm June evening.
It’s been a week since we have been in this house & this evening was my first time getting in the kitchen & whipping up something with heart. The movers come tomorrow with all our household goods so I wanted my first time in the kitchen this evening to be something light & easy. Bruschetta on extra virgin olive oil crisped French baguette was it.
