Finally!
I’ve been following the media of the Ice Hotel in Jukkasjärvi, Sweden for years & earlier this month we finally made it there.
It was a meaningful trip as the first visit to Arctic Sweden for myself & my family. My daughter also turned one during our time there, in fact on the very day that we visited the beautiful Ice Hotel.
In addition to enjoying exploring & photographing the spaces of the hotel on our day visit, I quietly thrill in remembering my son’s boundless energy & active joy running from room to room in wonder & discovery. The buffet lunch at the hotel’s restaurant was also delicious with many vegan options.
