The 100% Plant Powered Brunch at the Radisson Blu Royal Park Hotel is the first of its kind in Sweden & already quite a success. The brunch was launched right after Christmas & by early January they were fully booked. 90% of those booking are not even hotel guests but come from around Stockholm region!
I had the pleasure of recently experiencing this brunch & enjoyed every aspect- from the very diverse range of dishes to the relaxed & beautiful ambience & excellent, attentive service.
